Lake View Park is a delicate balance between the latest innovations in build, design and services combined with traditional craftsmanship. Access on site is via an electric gate, so only residents and invited guests can enter. All the services including electric, gas, water and telephone are on site, mostly underground so as not to spoil the look of the development. The option of broadband and satellite TV are also available
Lake View Park is situated just off the A1079 main trunk road, only 10 miles from the historic town of York. Barmby Moor, a small village with a post office, convenience store and local pub is a 5 minute walk from our site. The market town of Pocklington is only 2 miles away. Boasting a selection of fine restaurants and pubs, aswell as 2 supermarkets, banks and a large variety of shops. The coastal towns of Scarborough and Bridlington are just an hours drive.
